We installed over 20 high-definition 4K CCTV cameras strategically placed throughout the property to ensure maximum coverage and security. These cameras provide crystal-clear footage, allowing the homeowners to monitor every corner of their property, both indoors and outdoors.
In addition to the cameras, we integrated advanced security beams around the property, offering an additional layer of protection. Multi-Zone Audio and Video System
For entertainment, we installed five Savant SIPA audio processors, creating over 20 distinct zones of audio throughout the house. Each zone can play different audio, giving the homeowners complete flexibility in how they enjoy their music and media.
On the video side, we set up a Savant video matrix to manage the 12 televisions across the home. This system allows for 4K video streaming from various Apple TV devices. One of the standout features of this installation is the video tiling system, which enables the homeowner to watch multiple streams of video on a single TV screen simultaneously. Whether watching sports, news, or different media streams, this feature offers an unparalleled viewing experience.
Enhanced Wi-Fi and Smart Home Integration
A reliable and fast internet connection is crucial in any modern smart home, and for this property, we installed a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi system with strategically placed access points throughout the property. In addition, we integrated the existing Lutron HomeWorks lighting system into the new Savant system, allowing for complete control over lighting, audio, video, and security from a single app. The homeowner can now manage all their smart home features, including climate control and security, from the Savant app on their phone or tablet, creating a fully integrated and user-friendly experience.
Smart Thermostat Control with Savant Pro
To optimize energy efficiency and comfort, we also installed Savant Pro smart thermostats throughout the property. These thermostats allow the homeowner to control the climate in different areas of the house remotely or on-site. The Savant system enables smart scheduling, which adjusts temperature settings based on the homeowner’s daily routines, ensuring maximum comfort while minimizing energy usage.
