Located in the breathtaking hills of Laguna Beach, California, this project offered stunning views and an opportunity for us to bring state-of-the-art home automation to a beautiful, luxury property. While based in Texas, we frequently take on projects outside of the state, and this was one that truly allowed us to showcase our expertise in custom home integration.

Comprehensive Network Wiring for Speed and Reliability

The foundation of any smart home system is a robust and reliable network, and we made sure this property was set up for top-tier performance. We wired the entire home with both Cat6 and Cat6a cables, ensuring fast and seamless data transfer throughout the property. This wiring creates a strong backbone for the home’s network infrastructure, supporting high-speed internet, smooth video streaming, and reliable communication between all integrated devices.

To ensure complete coverage, we installed multiple access points throughout the property. This allowed for strong Wi-Fi signals in every corner of the home, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring that the homeowner and their guests could stay connected without any dead zones, regardless of where they were on the property.

Custom Savant Pro System with Multi-Zone Audio and Lighting

A key feature of this project was the installation of a Savant Pro system, which brings together all of the home’s automation features into a single, easy-to-use platform. We customized a small network rack to house the Savant system, carefully organizing all components for optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The Savant system included multiple zones of audio, allowing the homeowner to control music in various parts of the home independently. We also installed Savant lighting throughout the home, giving the client full control over their lighting scenes.
